Rhetor
Yup, lousy pic, but it is all I have from the owner, who is to far away just for me to pop in and check them out. If I go to buy them, I will surely open them upp and check the drivers. There are no Klipsch badges on the grills and no stickers on the back with serials and model number. They look like Cornwalls to me . . . but, I am still learning. Educated guesses?
twistedcrankcammer
Yes, Cornwalls Roger
jhoak
Cornwall IIs to be exact. The front mounted drivers is the giveaway. Looks like the woofer dustcap is pushed in but that won't have any effect on the sound.
Guest " "
these do not have k-77 alinco or ceramic and will not have k-55-V's push pin or solder terminal nor k-55-M's.
Rhetor
Thanks Jhoak and Speakerfritz . . . I moved too slow and just lost out on them yesterday . . . They went for $400. But I am learning . . . Now I know the difference between Cornwalls and Cornwall IIs (and verticals). Thanks also, Speakerfritz . . . Did not know they would have significantly different drivers than my La Scalas, Belles, and K-horns. Fritz, you have been watching my speaker scores, haven't you. :-) Thanks to both of you. JL Sargent
Cornwall IIs demand a pretty good price. They can trade above a grand. If in good sounding condition that was a deal.
