Dave the graphs look great.

Any other thoughts to smooth things out a bit more?

Does 90DB seem right... Ive runt hem with 3/4watt happily. They seems of similar efficiency to my CS1s from long ago, which were reported to be 99db efficient.

Thank you for the follow-up. Are you building a pair for yourself?

Its all good Justin, I still have more work to do on the cab layout. I may build a garage speaker for myself or offer them up in garage sale.

In the mean time I have my test rig set up for some additional testing.

They seems of similar efficiency to my CS1s from long ago, which were reported to be 99db efficient.

I would suspect the CS-1 to be more efficient however I thought they were more in the ball park of 96db vs: the the Econowave at 90db. I am not sure because I dont see the effeiciency posted on the CS-1

Back on the garage speaker i.e. the Econowave.

Because I was not thrilled with the original Econowave crossover design, I consulted ALK who designed a simple constant impedence Extreme Slope Crossover.

BTW, I neglected to draw the adjustable 8 ohm lpad that goes between the network and HF driver.

The completed speaker sounds great especially considering its low price.

I have not taken any measurements yet with the new crossover, however I am confident I will not be dissapointed in the results.
