Ive runt hem with 3/4watt happily. They seems of similar efficiency to my CS1s from long ago, which were reported to be 99db efficient. Thank you for the follow-up. I may build a garage speaker for myself or offer them up in garage sale. In the mean time I have my test rig set up for some additional testing. They seems of similar efficiency to my CS1s from long ago, which were reported to be 99db efficient. I would suspect the CS-1 to be more efficient however I thought they were more in the ball park of 96db vs: the the Econowave at 90db. Because I was not thrilled with the original Econowave crossover design, I consulted ALK who designed a simple constant impedence Extreme Slope Crossover.
