WMcD Posted December 7, 2012 Share Posted December 7, 2012 Today is Pearl Harbor Day of course. My dad (Navy Security), and many others, believed that FDR let it happen. But today is also a milestone of winter. Today, in our latitudes, is the day of the earliest sunset. So if you are annoyed that it is dark when you drive home, things are getting better. OTOH, if you are annoyed that it is dark when you go to work, it gets worse until January 7 or so. I hate being blinded by bright sunrises and sunsets while going to and from work.
