Magnetic field polarity reversal!

This is an interesting phenomenon. Wonder if anyone will hear a difference in the sound of their audio system as a result? Might be a good opportunity to sell some kind of device, like a "magic trestle" for speaker wires, which will make the equipment think that nothing has changed!!!

Perhaps we could fly by and map a graph of the magnetic field of your speaker wires with our MAD (magnetic anomaly detector) boom. Long, long days spent mapping the earth's magnetic variations back in a past life.

Maybe, but you'll need to reverse the polarity of all your loudspeaker drivers when the solar event completes its pole reversal.

All the magic rocks need to be restacked in reverse order. The cable trestles will need to be turned upside down. The LP and CD demagnitizers will need to go back to the factory to be re-polarized. Your cables will all need to be reversed, since "everyone knows" that electrical conductors "take a set" if connected in one direction too long. Special "bypass" capacitors and "esoteric" inductors will be created and sold to compensate for the reversal. []
