beeker
this is extremely upsetting. i cannot imagine how you k763, mrs k and anyone else close to to proceedings feel. i truly cannot express my feelings. is this still due to the citys inner circle? Mallette
There won't be an open house because there will not be a garden, so I've been told. No clue what one of these has to do with the other. I thought "garden" referred to the plantings next to the old depot. Dave
Guest " "
well the attourneys would be the best to assist. we all watch too much law TV to be of any constructive service. some states have protective rights for teneants but even with that, once the eviction process consumates, Klipsch would be out anyway. If we argue she has ownership rights (quasi squatter laws), there are eviction provisions for that as well. After 75 years DOD was finally evicticed from the post offices and you no longer see the we want you signs outside the doors anymore on post office property. just another sign of the times.
