Sounds great, & looks to be at least a 7 on cosmetics. Its as Shu said & the one area very vulnerable to damage, I have heard that Mark is offering an up grade to strengthen the input panel. Its about the only complaint I have herd of with the Juicy pre's, but as Mark states in his build goals - best sound possible for the buck.
