Recomended Techs and other help.

Seems like it might be nice to have a place to praise help received,

 

Not a place for advertisers, but a place where we can suggest help from people to venders,

 

The only thing that seems reasonable that it is not used for self benefit, But a good place to shamelessly praise those we feel worthy.

 

I'll start the list with;

 

Tom Williams

He does Marantz.  3 year wait.  He went clear through a 2500 that I bought DOA

Tom seemed to go out of his way to accommodate me.  And I'm quite happy with the results.

I have nothing to compare the rebuilt receiver to though as this is the 1st one I've heard.

I've had Paul Hovenga fix an Adcom pre for me.  He answered my endless list of questions and went out of his way to be sure the problem was fixed and I was happy.  Highly recommended for SS repairs.

Wow.  I thought people would want a thread where they can Give reference to those that help us.  Someplace where we can compare opinions and maybe choose a tech or at least make people feel appreciated.

 

Certainly nothing like "Coffee and Cables".

 

Oh well.  Who knows what makes one thread fly and another flounder.
