dieter17
I bought a used pair of klf-10's that didnt have the plastic insert in the port in back. Anyone know where i could get a pair of these inserts? i am thinking about selling them. Thanks.
dieter17
Them being the KLF-10's and i think it would be good to have these inserts.
kapsnb01
I'd start with Parts Express...I'm guessing Klipsch wouldn't have any original parts anymore. Could be worth a call to check though.
moray james
what is wrong with you making a set of vents with available pluming tube or cardboard tube or stiff kraft paper lots of ways they will all work just fine there is no magic to this it is simply a vent of a dia and length any material will do. I have made test vent out of 3 or 4 wraps of writting paper for a friend who has been using them since I retuned his speakers I bug him to get something a little thicker but I cannot argue that they sound just fine the way they are. take this as your opportunity to tune your KLF10 a little lower for some deeper bass response. easy to do. SWL
I used rolled up black poster board to extend my vents with excellent results.......but I think the OP wants original vents because he wants to sell them.
moray james
that being the case then some vents from parts express would be his best option to get as close to original as possible.
ricktate
You could always buy a 3-d printer and print some. Then go into business printing stuff for forum members. Not sure why Klipsch does not do this... good after market business for discontinued parts. Guess it would depend on how durable the material is that you use.
