JEFKlipsch
whew...that setup was about $600 when they first came out.....demoed them for about a week and decided they just weren't worth the money for $100 I'd be all over them.....they sounded great for what they were and the LED light was quite bright and had dimming control built into the remote

blindman
I couldn't resist trying this out at $109.99 (with free shipping) for a pair. Ordered on August 7th. Received today (August 12th). Installation took only 15 minutes. Results: - the remote control works fine (the indicator lights on the transmitter go on/off exactly like they are supposed to) - the overhead/recessed LED bulbs work fine (on/off and dim function) - the audio works (in stereo) NOTE: My house has an open floor plan. In other words the kitchen, dining and living rooms are all one big room. I do not have (nor do I want) a TV in the kitchen. I installed these in two of the recessed ceiling fixtures in my kitchen so that I could watch the TV located in the living room without having to turn up the volume in the living room. The distance from the transmitter to the speaker/lights is less than 25 feet Edited August 13, 2015 by blindman
