opusk2k9
Time to pass these onto someone else. They are just too big for our house. This pair of vintage monitors is amazing. Woofers professionally refoamed. Sonically sound just as they should. Cosmetically in fantastic condition. Very minor imperfections on the wood and grills. These speakers are very big and very heavy. Very rare and sought after. Currently hooked up to a little 9 watt tube amp and these all original baby 19's sound awesome.I tried to take pics of every side and angle. Serious inquiries only please. If ad is visible then they are still for sale. http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwc/ele/5508587713.html No affiliation. They look to be in great shape.
Ceptorman
Those look to be in very good condition, not a bad price. What year would these be from, late 70s, early 80s?
jason str
I think they started making these in the early 80's. If you like the Altec sound $600 would be a good start.

Woofers and Tweeters
I've read that the 14s and 19s are the ones to have, 15s not so much.
RuralTom
One of these days a pair of 14s or 19s will come my way....
opusk2k9
I considered the 14's, they are much less efficient than the 19s (Like 92 vs. 102), however they have the same frequency range. They are quite different in size:
Woofers and Tweeters
Great picture that shows the difference in size.
