Are they replacing the woofer or the whole speaker? I have P38s and there aren't serial numbers on them, but they were a factory demo pair, and I thought that was the reason for not having a SN. I did buy a new P27c last year, and that speaker does have a really nice SN plate on the back of the speaker. Quote

BlueJester Posted March 21, 2017 Posted March 21, 2017 I believe the S/N on my 38's was located on the bottom of the metal base plate, though I'm not 100% on that. Might be worth checking just to be sure (if you haven't already). 1 Quote
