A1UC
they look pristine, why would you think of selling? they must sound incredible, I have jupiter ht beeswax caps in my dac & the improvement was nothing short of amazingThey are not pristine they have a couple spots the veneer is damaged and one grille has a spot wearing through it , but I'm pretty picky and I'm happy with the condition . A1UC
I have a nice chunk in upgrades , Cardas binding posts and Jupiter caps plus the org purchase price . If I decided to sell them I would take 1500.00 otherwise it makes no sense to sell them Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A1UC
Like I said my Cornwalls are not pristine but they are good enough that I don't want to have them re veneered Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
TasDom
You might be amazed how that chipped veneer disappears from a few feet away using some brown shoe polish. I know I was when I hit a couple of spots on my walnut Belle's. I used the liquid type bottle with the round foam tip ...fwiw
A1UC
I don't even notice it unless I look for it once they are placed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
muel
You could make most of that almost disappear. Try those wood stain (touch up) markers on the small scratches and for the slightly bigger stuff try the blend-fill pencils you can get at Lowes or other such place. They have enough choices you can probably match very close. I'd say to err on the side of slightly darker fill... not lighter. imho
Sprogk
Thanks for that info...I didn't know you can get blend fill pencils.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
paul79
I want these. The only Klipsch speaker that does it for me, are CW II's. I have heard these in 2 different systems, both sets were stock. Knocked my head off, as I was not expecting them to sound so un-honky. Just clean, clear, dynamic music. I can only imagine how these sound with the nice parts in them.

I just swapped out those facacta terminal strip input on my CWIIs for a nice set of Cardas 5 ways. Why didn't I do this years ago?
