Ziggurat
I am placing an order with the local Klipsch agent (I'm not based in USA) for a pair of K402 horns and K69 drivers. Can anyone please help confirm that the Klipsch part # for this combination is KPT-402-MF ?? We are not able to work from a parts manual for this, relying on emails back and forth. I just want to make sure I am not going to end up with the wrong setup, this would be an extremely costly and irreversible error. Thanks in advance. babadono
Perhaps @MetropolisLakeOutfitters can confirm that for you. If you are looking to go 2 way you want the current K-691 driver on that 402 horn. And yes that may make it a special P/N.
JoeM38
The KPT-402-MF part # is mid frequency range to be used in a three-way setup with tweeter. It used to come with the 1133 mid driver on it. I'm not sure what driver is used currently.
babadono
@Ziggurat I can read and report the number right off the box mine came in if you are looking for the 2 way.

babadono
@Ziggurat I remembered I have pictures: Flash is bad obscuring one of them. But that's it : KPT-402-HF with K-691 DRIVER. I think if you had ordered KPT-402-MF you would have got the wrong thing. But please I do not work for Klipsch. Please do your due diligence. Paducah Home Theater
You probably want the HF, not the MF. 097074000001.
