dbomberger
I'd like to buy the cheapest iPad possible for primary use as an interface with my Bluesound Node 2i. Is there any difference in models that I need to consider, or does even the least expensive iPad work as I intend it? Thanks in advance. I know I could buy something besides Apple, but I must like spending more than I need to for things-or why else would I be into HiFi? Thanks!

Thanks!I can’t speak for I Pad, but I have a fairly extensive library on my I Phone. Thoroughly satisfied. I don’t know what a Bluesound Node2i is.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Shakeydeal
I use an older gen iPad to control my Lumin app. But when I hade a node 2i I used an 8” Samsung Tab A which worked great. I only bought the iPad because it works better with Lumin. But you can pick up a brand new Tab A for less than a used iPad, so that’s my recommendation. I would go for a recent iPad, with recent OS and security features. Amazon's Kinde Fire tablets are cool too, I bought a dirt cheap Fire 7 tablet several years ago. It still runs Spotify fine. dbomberger
Thanks all. Just picked up the latest generation, cheapest iPad. Thanks for your thoughts. As I stated in my question, I'm an Apple guy since the first Mac. Thanks, Del
Panelhead
I use an original iPad Air. No updates for a year. But works fine. Also the Nuuk waterproof cases are 10.00.
