Jim,

The horn can be removed from the cabinet and placed on the top -- one of the mounting options they mention. Most people probably have seen them this way. That would put the mid/high end colser to ear level instead of htting the carpet first.

Those VOT's aren't that much bigger than 'horns, and I'll bet they'd sound better than Cornies, except to a Cornie freak. Be nice to have an "almost" K'horn that wasn't glued to a corner.

Jim---The arrangment shown was how they were sometimes used as studio monitors, check the photo attatched. In the movie Eddie and The Cruisers you see A7s used that way.

The Magnificent was the A7 in a furniture cabinet and was like the A7 shown turned upside-down.
