DrPyro Posted December 23, 2003 Share Posted December 23, 2003 I was wondering when this player (Sony DVP-9000ES) was going to be suggested. This was the flagship player for Sony 2 years ago, and unless I'm mistaken, its no longer available. Also, it doesn't like (most) CD-Rs and is ONLY a 2-channel SACD. So if you only want 2-channel SACD/CD, then I would suggest a used Marantz SA-1, Sony SCD-777ES. I want to get the rest of my system where it needs to be before I go to that price range. Once I get the Mac240 back I will give a hard look at the MX110 I have to see if it is next to go.
