I have just about enough Brown OEM Heritage cloth to do 6 or 7 Heresy grilles, nothing bigger. If someone would like to recover their Heresy grilles, shoot me your snailer and I will cut it and send it to you "on the house". The first two folks will get a new pair of the copper badges to go with it.

OK guys, DONE!. I should have enough cloth for all 3 pair. Triceratops, Sheltie Dave posted first and I got a PM from Rick before your post, so the badges go to them, I am sorry my friend. But, let me check and see, maybe I have another pair hangin' around. I have Ricks snailer but I need yours Sheltie and Triceratops.

Hey jordan,

I have a pair of '72 Heresys oiled walnut that need grilles and badges! Any chance I could snag them? Thanks!

Best regards,

Tri,

My '72 oiled walnut heresys (now reveneered) had ugly green non-removable grills. Is that what's on yours? Have I asked you this question before?

Gary-

No, mine have black woven style Heritage cloth--now no longer available--DOH!! The previous owner messed up the grille cloth by cutting out the cloth over the tweeters. He must have wanted to show off the little horns or was trying to brighten them up--who knows? It seems to me that in the mid-1970s a lot of crummy-sounding Japanese speakers often had exposed horn tweeters.

I have some 1975 Belles that have brownish-greenish-tweedish-colored grilles. Is that the stuff? Yeah, that's not my favorite color-scheme either! And no, I don't think you asked me that before, but my memory gets rustier every day...

Best in horns,

triceratops

If you fellas are interested, there is a place that has the OEM cloth. In fact, in the past they have provided Heriatge cloth to Klipsch. It is only about $24.00(less than half of what Klipsch was charging)or so per yard in a 72" width.
