HondaRacing
For thoes unlucky people like me that were unfortunate and couldn't go to the Indy 500. Who will be watching the live broadcast on ABC? I will be, I will be.
easylistener
I will be watching but I am upset that it isn't in HD. How stupid is that. One of the greatest races and they don't even have it in HD.

Doc Robin
ABC has had the broadcast rights tied up for years. I wonder if one of the other networks even considers trying to get the rights. man you like Honda dont you. I got my first one in '69! HondaRacing
I'm really surprised SPEED Network hasn't tried to get rights.

SteelerFan
I used to watch it religiously until Tony George started the IRL and told all the CART drivers they had to choose between them to compete in the 500. After that it was just a bunch of guys I never heard of. I lost interest after that.
Doc Robin
Isn't Indy supposed to be about who can complete 500 miles 1st regaurdless of who they are affiliated with. NASCAR should do a race each year on a super speedway and let the boys go as fast as they dare to go. Bill

Subaru is my favorite (I am looking at how much a WRX will cost me, a STi is WAY too much) - but I have a 97 Camry with a V6 and a 5-speed. Rear sway bar to kill off some of the understeer (makes a HUGE difference), very good Falken tires, and thats it for major stuff (if you call it that). I would like to drop the supercharger in ($3000) and do a new syspension ($1200ish), but that would be a good thing as part of a down payment on a WRX. I rode in someone's STi last week, he REALLY knows how to drive. That ride flipped some switches in my mind, and I want at least a WRX. Anyone want to buy poor kenratboy a Subaru WRX, maybe a STi?
