maxg
but doubtless to be moved shortly. Does it strike anyone else as ironic, with all the furore over moderation, that the post button on this forum is labelled "submit"? Sorry - couldnt resist. Deang
LOL -- that's pretty good, but mine says "save".
maxg
Mine defintely says submit. Attached is the proof. Of course I am using the word proof advisedly - not proof as in "Paul acceptable proof" but sufficient for the debate....
Parrot
"Save" shows up with Internet Explorer, "Submit" with Netscape.
Cleve
Hmmm, when writing a new post, the button reads 'Submit' with both Mozilla (my default browser) AND IE 6.0 Maybe it's only 'Save' for edits?

I use IE 6.0 too. I wonder what makes them show up differently.

blatherskite
Not exactly rocket science.... those that need rich text help see SAVE, those that post in text see SUBMIT

Moderators Amy Posted June 24, 2004 Moderators Share Posted June 24, 2004 What can I say, I love the Peanuts cartoons It's a funny thing, we didn't have nearly the political threads/comments that we did until I mentioned that they wouldn't be allowed anymore. It's kind of like kids who grow up sneaking tons of candy because they aren't allowed to have any, while the kid who gets all he wants rarely eats it. Pretty silly, actually. And when I took on the job of moderating the entire forum, I thought "piece of cake" because the ProMedia section, largley made up of teenagers, is for the most part very well behaved. Perhaps they are just used to my presence, I'm not sure. Maybe you guys will get used to me too, and be content to talk about audio on the audio forums, and other "fun" topics/hobbies in the General forum or miscellaneous forums below. At any rate, it seems the more you complain the worse it gets. Let's move on.
