This one I think resulted from the fact that most companies, like Monster, use foil under the dielectric to shield thier interconnects. I guess this person figured a second helping outside of the dielectric would double his pleasure, and double his fun.

My next door neighbor bought one of those green pens to paint the outside of the CD's. Swears she can hear a difference. Then she's a psychologist by profession...

I bought a Cardias (sp?) tone/setup record and it claims to also demag everything in the system from stylus to speaker. I don't know if it does infact do that, I didn't buy it for that reason but hey, if it is included on something I bought for another reason, then it is free and how can you go wrong?
