Tom Mobley
those look pretty good to me. I *think* Parts Express or one of the other usual suspects has something similar available but I can't find the part number right now.
2ndGenKlipsch
I looked around at Parts Express and couldn't find anything like this. Does anyone know where I can find a couple of sets of these on this side of the Pacific???

sunnysal
I bought these last year, they are not really very good...gold plated soft metal...also, they can take only bananas and stripped wire NOT spades...regards, tony
ChrisK
A very similar item can be had at Handmade Electronics online much cheaper. They work great with my Mac MC225's. http://www.hndme.com/storeconnectorseconomy.html Good Luck, Chris ---------------- On 3/31/2005 8:29:43 PM codhead wrote: Looking for some nice connectors to attach modern speaker cables to your terminal strips? sunnysal
cod, but remember they do not screw down on spades like a five-way...the only way to use spades with those is to stick one "blade" of the spade into the hole and tighten down, not ideal...regards, tony

2ndGenKlipsch
After looking around a little more I found these at Parts Express: http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=095-678&ctab=5#Tabs>http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/pshowdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Partnumber=095-678&ctab=5#Tabs
drefrank
I just ordered a set of the Golden Spea-Lunkers (if nothing else a great name). My speaker cables are very heavy (PS Audio Statements), so it will be interesting to see how they perform. I ended up buying a set for both ends - for my amps and for my Cornwalls. I'll report back once installed.
