drdoom
I really need to know where i can get an 8" klipsch speaker for my tangent 300's. If anyone out there can help me out i would be very grateful.
michael hurd
Try calling 1-800-klipsch, ask for the parts department. They do not build the tangent line anymore, but may still have replacement parts in stock.
fastlane
If no longer available from Klipsch, they will pop up on ebay sooner or later. I would search under your speaker's category Klipsch (floorstanding, bookshelf) and also Klipsch other (usually loose drivers here). Good luck. michael hurd
Edit: I saw that you are located in Canada, like me. You have one official source for Klipsch parts in Canada, that is Micron Electronics. You could however, have a relative in the U.S. purchase from Klipsch directly, and then send to you. This way you will most likely save a bundle, rather than pay a middle man, and the brokerage / importing fee, charged by Micron. However, you can contact Micron, and get a quote on the woofer that you need at: Micron Electronics Inc. 2180 Dunwin Dr # 6 Mississauga, ON L5L 5M8 (905) 828-1662 (905) 828-4949 Klipsch Inquiries: klipsch.micron.vince@rogers.com General Inquiries: micron@bellnet.ca

fastlane
Heres a link to an auction for a k-2-k 8" from a t-100 (yours should be the k-3-k). Not sure of the difference. The seller has 2 of these for sale. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=61378&item=5767254980&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
colterphoto1
Steve Tyler "when she puts on my big 10 inch" record of the band that sings the blues...... good title, keep an eye on ebay. there was a guy with the components for two tangent speakers a while back, the boxes were destroyed in a move.
