laurenc319
hi, both are up for auction on Ebay, can't decide which to bid on. Buying yo use with a 300b set amp. Your thoughts please. Larry
Frzninvt
Alot of the decision is going to be based on your listening preferences and habits, thank you for listing the gear that you are going to be using with them. I am Heritage biased so I am obviously going to recommend the Cornwalls what can I say?
Jay L
i have both, i'm keeping both. cornyII has a bit bigger midrange sound, both use close to same mid driver, they both have same tweeter. if you have room and like heritage, get the cornwall. if you need space, you'll love the klf-20. jwc
I would agree with the above statements. The "bass sound" will be different as well. Check out this thread. http://forums.klipsch.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=66081&sessionID={249E0E54-3104-45B3-9636-07FD616B8638} jc
colterphoto1
Personally, I'm a Cornwall man, but haven't spent any time with KLF series. I think Jay put it pretty well. Corn may have bigger bass, KLF perhaps a little faster in transients. Both will ROCK your world. Michael
smuttynose
Cornwall. (period).
kohill
I've had both. I like the Cornwall best overall but the Klf-20's are awesome on rock. Now I have Rf-7's and I think I like them the best of all. Give me a few months and I'll know better.
BS Button
For construction quality, longevity, mods, re-sale, and many others, the Cornwall wins this battle.

jwc
Dude, I would assume the K55 was always a "screw in". Isn't his right?
laurenc319
hi, There's a Cornwall up on EBay. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5798513865&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1 Does this one have the mid and high horns mentioned K55 and K77 ? Any help appreciated. thanks Larry
colterphoto1
Those should have the usual completment of CW drivers. They are the most common Oiled Walnut and have the usual plant rings, stains and chipped corners. I'd maybe go $500 if they are nearby.
