sunburnwilly
Wanted to see this flick in the theatre , but didn't get around to it . Rented it Tues. and WOW . I'm kinda so-so on the movie itself , but I'll definitly be watching it a few more times so that might change . Who ever did the audio transfer got it right . The dialogue has just the right balance with the rest of the soundtrack . Hopefully this will be a trend in upcoming releases . Visuals are pretty cool too . nicholtl
Elijah Wood is creepy... A real digression from "Frodo." Mickey Rourke stole the show, by far. Hailed as his great "comeback role..."
damonrpayne
I assume a Tarantino fan will find this film to their liking? I'm thinking of picking it up tonight.
m00n
Seen it in the theater when it came out, told myself that I would be buying it. Good movie. Glad to hear the audio turned out great!
damonrpayne
Bought and watched last night. Wow. Violence was much more over the top than I expected in many cases but a prett damn good movie overall. Video looked good, I can't comment on the sound as I'm currently home theater-less
customsteve01
I watched it on the plane ride from Richmond to Houston on Thursday. I thought it was a great movie. Can't wait till I get home so I can check it out on my system. To say the least the sound just doesn't cut it thru headphones in a noisy aircraft. D-Rex
My question is do I buy it now, wait for a "Special Collector's Edition" or just rent it knowing a new DVD format is coming? Granted, the last one probably won't apply to me since I won't be able to afford a blueray player anytime soon anyway. Since it has Bruce Willis in it I know I will like it! garymd
Wild flick! Rourke definitely stole the show. It took me a while to get into it but I eventually did, as did my wife. How's those guys take so many bullets without going down?
Allan Songer
Man, I saw this one in the theater on the thumbs-up from a ususally reliable source. It would have made a cool 20 min short but DAMN if I wasn't bored silly by the end.
