007
I have now painstakingly removed the dust! I had to construct a new la scala from scratch, then forge a room which mimicked the one on the Klipsch website, set up the correctly lighting and and angle. My picture its nearly identical, but I managed to Windex the speaker before I took the picture!<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I spent a lot of time doing that so Klipsch, you may now use my dust free la scala on your website free of charge!http://www.bpbackup.com/nodust.bmp http://www.bpbackup.com/nodust.bmp'>I will take a while to dl bceause its a bmp. Moderators Amy Posted November 4, 2005 Moderators Share Posted November 4, 2005 Wasn't that just an optical illusion Yes, it was. We're working on replacing those. Too bad we're not as quick as 007 []
NOSValves
Dust or no Dust I think the speaker looks awesome!
jorjen
I agree with you Craig, those are definitely some incredible looking speakers. Almost makes me want to sell my Khorns to fund a pair....slap to the face....oh, never mind[]. One small comment though. The two black horizontal trim pieces on the upper and lower edge of the top section look great, but might make the speaker look even better if they were made of the same wood as the cabinet. I dunno, just a thought.
jorjen
Nah, on second thought the black trim looks pretty damn good.
pauln
Man! That is a thick box bass bin! No wonder they weigh more. At what SPL do the advantages of the haevy ridgid construction kick in?
TommyC
Hey Amy! If you send those LaScala II's to me I will dust them and send them back! I Promise! []
