reads
Is 775.00 a good price for a RSW-12? It is from a Klipsch Authorized dealer. Would it compare to a SW-12? Thanks! Linky **EDIT** 3-day FedEx Included
rockbobmel
Yeah. They usually go around that. The RSW12 is the same as the RSW-15 (except the 12). Specs are almost the same. I am happy with the 15. http://cgi.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/srch_fs.pl
JJkizak
Yeah, I'd say it was since I paid $1200.00 for mine and it was reduced from $1500.00. JJK
CECAA850
It should spank a SW-12.
atleer
with so many sub options. I keep wavering back and forth... i've been wondering about the rsw 12 and 15...are these good musical subs. I'm sure they will rock for HT, but i'm about 70/30 music/ht. Thanks

Linky **EDIT** 3-day FedEx Included Looks like a great deal I bought mine as a refurb directly from Klipsch and paid more than that. BTW The link provided shows an RSW-12B. What is the "B" designation. Are all RSW-12's "B's"? If no how does the "B" designated sub differ from the plain RSW-12 (no "B") with so many sub options. Thanks I use mine almost exclusively for 2 channel music with my RF-7s and it rocks and is very musical. NOTE This is just my opinion yours or others may be different. CECAA850
B may stand for "black".
MrMcGoo
I own both the SW-12II and the RSW-12. The RSW will be a major step up. It lacks the infinitely variable phase adjustment that the SW-12II has, but has much more power and a much better woofer. I suspect that the RSW-12B is actually "B" stock, i.e., factory refurbished. I bought one. It has worked flawlessly. Bill
reads
so b=black or b=b-stock hmmm. . . . [:|] Cool -- I may just pull the trigger and work on the sw-12 some other day. -readzzz
colterphoto1
B = B stock. Those have been factory refurbished by Klipsch. My KSW12 was Bstock- still thumpin 7 years later. The advice was right. RSW will spank the SW and the price is great. Just do it.

Online authorized and cheaper! http://www.onecall.com/ProductDetails.aspx?id=34192 I dont think it means b stock onecall would have to clearly state that. stormin
Anyone ever buy one of these rsw's from onecall? They authorized? Was or is it B-stock? Inquiring minds want to know.[]
garymd
I paid a grand for my RSW-12. It's great for both music and HT. That's a killer price. I just wish it came in something other than black. Not sure why Klipsch didn't offer other finishes on anything but the RSW-15.
colterphoto1
clarification- if it says RSW-12B, as part of the part/serial number, that is b for black.
