I am going to seethem tonight, if I don't end up with them I will be leaving info aboutthem and my thoughts on them for whomever to pursue. I reallyneed to save up some money to pay off college loans, a ring, a newcar...but speakers are so stinking awesome. I currently have therf-7's, a set of old fisher studio somethings, peavey's (withblack widows ), thiel cs3's, JBL mr925's (for the band) a diy set imade when the band just started and we had no money. I am running outof space! FYI the band I was talking about, The AmandaShelly Band, you can check out on myspace. We are in the process ofrecording a full band album, the stuff on there is from Amanda's solocd. www.myspace.com/amandashellymusic. Ohh and sorry we won't bereleasing the album in vinyl... Daddy Dee
Well, if you decide not to take them, they would sell in a heartbeat on this forum. Heck, you could resell them on this forum for a profit.
alliclaytor
I would love to make a huge killing on these, but I like this forum and would like to get a good deal sometime too...all that being said if I do get them and decide not to keep them I would be willing to let these go for a reasonable price. Lets not get the cart before the horse, I haven't even seen them yet...I'll keep you updated after I see them @ approx 7ish
alliclaytor
Got em, they are in near mint condition...the grills are perfect and there are some light indentations from probably moving. Haven't got a chance to really listen to them long and hard, but I will. Pictures will be up when I finally get home and my computer unpacked. I don't know what I am going to do with them yet, but if anybody is interested let me know and you will be the first to know if I decide to part with them. oldbuckster
What was the Final real Price?...................Not $650. for the pair.............
rcarlton
Wow! Terrific deal. I'm sure you will find lots of interest here. Where are you located?
alliclaytor
The final real actual no joke price was $625 for the pair. I have wanted a pair of Heresy's for the bedroom for some time...but am more interested in finishing the home theater room or getting some vintage or new tube gear. I am located in Urbana, OH (90% of the time) and Indianapolis, IN. And I will be attending the pilgrimage. So if someone convinced me to sell or trade they could either meet me there or come pick them up.
DoubleJ
Alliclaytor: I'm willing to purchase these from you and I will also be at the Pilgrimage... The big catch, I'm flying in from WI and I will have to see if any of the WI pilgrims are driving and are willing or have the room to ferry them for me. Please let me know if this doable from your end and I'll figure out something out on my end. Thanks JJ

JJ, I got your back. If I attend which I'm planning on doing, I'll be driving up and will have PLENTY of room in my car for them. I'd be MOST pleased to simply hold them for you in Knoxville until such time that you can get off your hiney & come down & get them... Trust me...they will be lovingly cared for during your wait... alliclaytor
OK I can see that these are a hot item. Let me get back home and hook them up first. I want to first make sure they work 100%, and that you guys see pictures of them, AND that I actually want to sell them. DoubleJ, I will pm you when I make a decision.
