I'min the process of building another amp. Originally I was going to buildmono blocks, so I have two of everything. Then I came a cross a coolchassis and decided to built a stereo version. All the amps mentioned are class AB. 41hz has class T (a type of class D amplifier) amplifiers up to 300Wx2 in basic kit form. You provide the chassis and transformer, they provide the amp and power supply circuits. http://www.41hz.com/ The AMP10 basic kit (shown) has up to 100Wx2, and is $73 plus shipping. Wardsweb Posted October 20, 2007 Share Posted October 20, 2007 In T-Class amps, I've built three Winsome Labs Mouse amps that use the Tripath controller TC2001and the ST Microelectronics ST505 power chips. It is one of my favorite amps. Everyone whohears it is impressed with the big sound from the little box. Here is a pic of the internals.
