Tom, we were down on the coast this past weekend, it's still about 80% empty lots right on the coast. But there is alot of construction, and many signs of new business rebuilding. The seller is taking a bath on this, even for local pick up. If seller ships them for $150 as promised, even more so. was the auction winner a forum member?
