Moderators dtel Posted July 24, 2008 Moderators Share Posted July 24, 2008 For thosewho were at the last Hope Pilgumage, this is pretty much the same sound system... OK now I know which ones you are talking about ! They sounded GREAT, really I was surprised in Hope at the quality of the sound from just a few speakers. I didn't know that was the speakers you were talking about Michael, NICE setup. A nice cargo trailer should be on your wish list.

G.Kennedy
......................... shelf with Sony DVD/CD changer (note to self- this takes too *** long to load up- exchange it) Looks awesome ... may I suggest an iPod over a CD player ..... weighs nothing ... cues up instantly. Sitting in a dock connector, you get line level out. Make a Playlist and let 'er rip !!!!

Sitting in a dock connector, you get line level out. Make a Playlist and let 'er rip !!!! yup, I keep both- there's an iPod cable that is accessed near the top of the board, and room to set your iPod right there. I usually swap out the CD for iPod so as not to hog channels. Don't use the 'tape' input on the board, I prefer to have the three channels of eq per side (L/R) and the ability to send tunes through the monitors so 15/16 are the playback channels, and 14 is usually my 'yellback' mic for talking to the stage. colterphoto1
Checking my KSM2 monitors after the gig, I find my horn fuses blown on both. It might have been that nasty oscillation when the EQ let go early in the show but I'd hate to think that the performers went without highs for that long. Point I'm trying to make is - PLEASE PUT FUSES of the correct value in all your Klipsch Pro Gear. I"ve seen too many come around this shop with blown drivers and 20 amp fuses in there.
