this is my old one...moved too slow I think about 2.5 mph in high gear...took almost three hours to cut an acre

I used to be "party central".....now I'm just an "Old Fart"cuttin grass,and listening to tunes

this is my new baby....now if i can just get some Kgs mounted I'll be doing just fine

this is my harmony MASTER. I got it from my nephew for $20.. It was in rough shape, the action was really high, so I took the top half of the bridge off and used a chunk of "pushrod" from a chevy smallblock..cut it to length..and ground it till it was "D" shaped. Then took a dremil(reg.) tool and ground slots in it to hold the strings in place. Replaced the NUT with a "real" peice of bone, and that werked wonderful. Then after about a year I got tired of the look of it, (like a dead bullhead), and stripped all the finish off,sanded it with various grades of sandpaper,and used lacqure(satin finish)dressed the frets ,and it now plays wonderful all the way up the neck with no buzzes and close action. Wouldn't part with it for the world

Man this is what I get for werkin' all day...I missed a good thread.......Now I cant think of anything good to say except...I listen to smooth jazz...A lot of people think of it as elevator music,but they haven't listened to it on a good system. Theres a big difference between a transister radio and a HIFI system...try it sometime... But... everybody is different, there's different styles that moves different people..jazz, for laid back easy going people....rap, for hardcore societyhatin' people....blues, for people on the rebound (for some reason or another).... Rock, for people just out to have a good time without all the bull#$^&.... classical, for the well educated with attitude(if you know what I mean)...but those of us who are really diversified know what it's all about ...don't we??? I Know I'm going to catch it on this one!!!!

I might still have a copy...I have issues of S&Vand stereo review going back to the early 80..but there are some missing.... I too have a pair of 85' fortes...but I'll check and get back to ya......
