If you just have to buy new go with the 7 series if you can do other wise go HERITAGE. My best friend has the RF,RC,RS 7`s with a Velodyne sub and a great Onkyo H/T receiver. He has more money in the RF 7`s than i have in my LaScala`s, KLF-C7,and Heresy`s put together and i bought the Heresy`s new in the early 80`s. Dont get me wrong they sound great but for my money i will stay with the Heritage Line. Bill

Sad very Sad that they are in that condition. And i am Sorry that i didnt go and look at them myself before passing the info along. In the future i will go and look at anything that may interest someone and will take pic's myself. He told me he was offered $3800 for them; then he is a fool for not taking it as he will never get his asking price for them. Bill

We watched Saving Private Ryan over the weekend. There is no way i could put 200-300 watts into the Lascala's and Heresy's and still be able to hear!!!!!!! One of the guys i work with bought a Earthquake amp that will do 300 watts and he just got a New Sunfire pre to go with it. Too bad he is running Infinity speakers. Bill

Thanks guys. I will have to some research of my own to refresh my memory. I havent played with the raido's much in the last 5 years. Too many stores and parking lot light's making a lot of noise on the air waves around here now. And i didnt want to spend any more money on the hobby since the value of the new equipment was droping to around 35% of it's new value after about 2 years. So i sold almost everything and went back to the audio hobby. 73's Talk to you later Bill.

Keep trying you could always resell them or trade for some equipment that you have always wanted. Just think these could be one owners and have never been moved since they were set in place. Mint condition and never had more than a few watts in them. Bill

Practice makes perfect. cut the peices large and then sand to fit takes a lot of time but makes for the best fit. I have seen a lot of computer's lately that have clear case's and they will add colored neon light's in them to accent the componets Bill.

Did anyone think of the cost of having to acquire the proper equipment for doing the wood work itself. Not everyone has a cabinet shop in the back yard. This and the mistakes made in doing the work could make the project run way over budget in a hurry. It would be fun to do with the above factors out of the picture. I would love to build my own Belle's just need the plans and the time to do it.

Would you please explain how you figure it will go up 3 db with 2 speakers at 1 watt/1 meter. Also are they side by side or possibly 180 degrees out with the measuring equipment in the middle. In Ham radio you have to increase your power out 2-3 times to get a 1 db increase in siginal strength if my memory is correct. Bill

My daughter had a '98 Wrangler and did not have any problems with it; she put around 50,000 miles on it. used a lot of gas though. My best friends dad leased a Grand Cherokee and had to file the lemon law paper work on it. You name it and it went wrong with this one. He never had it off the pavement and could not keep it out of the shop. Finally got his disposit and all his payments back. There is a lemon in every make and model of auto out there. We got the Wrangler after he went through all of his trouble with the Cherokee. Bill

Isn't Indy supposed to be about who can complete 500 miles 1st regaurdless of who they are affiliated with. NASCAR should do a race each year on a super speedway and let the boys go as fast as they dare to go. Bill
