The new law that went into effect on 9/1 allows for Med MJ in TX. Limited to treatment for a specific type of epilepsy and limited to mj that has almost no THC. It isn't discussed later in this thread.

I didn't ask it right. If all reasonable minds agree they became a degenerate mass, would self-restraint be a factor in the evolution. Is it possible for a "mass" of people to be degenerate? If you belong to the mass you can't be a degenerate as far asnthe mass is concerned can you?
