  1. Nothing was better than sitting in the pubs of Ireland, talking to the locals and drinking Guinness.
  2. Makes you think of all the unknown job perks to working there. I'm quite sure everyone there has a nice setup at home. Very cool pics.
  3. Not to beat a dead horse, but I will. Exactly how do I get my animated avatar to work. I've tried all I know. OK. Now you all can start calling me names.
  4. http://cgi.ebay.com/THREE-KLIPSCH-SPEAKERS-FLOOR-2-KLF-20-1-KLF-C7_W0QQitemZ5808886732QQcategoryZ61378QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Too bad I live 2000 miles away.
  5. I would like to find some klf 30's for my mains, move my 20's to the rear and ditch my big cerwin vegas. Plus get the denon 3805 when the price drops. Projector in the future wouldn't be bad either. My center that I built out of a scrapped klf 10 sounds great.
  6. Same with me. Dave Matthews sounds great. I usually use Crash cd. I don't listen to them all that much, but it's a great way to let it rip.
  7. Good for the garage thanks for the info
  8. They are local for me. http://columbus.craigslist.org/ele/94345247.html
  9. I always like hearing words about the klf crossover " facelift." I am going to upgrade all my caps and such myself on my klf 20's when I get back from vacation later this month. For a few bucks you can't go wrong. And for as much as we all spend on equipment, it IS only a few bucks. I don't have the c-7 for a center, I have a homemade center of oak made with a scrapped out klf 10. I assume replacing those components couldn't hurt either. Thanks for the review. Bill
  10. rocku.. I did a four year stay in El Paso 1984-88. Sorry to say I live in Columbus, Ohio now. I'm a big fan of Operation Mindcrime. I got to see them play it front to back on the Empire tour here in town. God, I couldn't remember the year. 1992, 3 or 4 I believe. You would know I hope they come around here with a tour again. He sure can hit those high notes. I'm not that great of a player, but I sure do like to make noise. I was house drummer for a couple years at a local bar here in town who had open stages everynight. That was the first time I played with anyone. Wow what a learning and nervous experience. It sure is fun just drinking a beer and jamming something old or making something up. Thanks for the invite. I will keep my eye out for you. Maybe someday you can charge $40-50 a ticket for your gigs. One last note, Rush has always been my favorite band. I have probably seen them at least 25-30 times. I would have to count my stubs laying around. Nothing better than listening to three ( only three ) guys make that much sound. If not live....then through my klipsch. P.S. favorite Rush song: The camera eye. favorite Queensryche: Speak Bill
