  1. Tom's got a great idea ! Allthough booby traping your home or property in such a way is illegal , in the US anyway . " I may be serving 20 years , but I got those stinking perps " . Claymores are Cool ...
  2. It's realy hard to define Metal . I thought back in the 80's that bands like Priest , Maiden , Accept , etc. etc. etc. ,were Heavy Metal . Now looking back , and considering where Metal is these days , it just seems like hard rock . I thought at the time I was a Metal Head , but now I would have to say I was just a Rock Head , I guess I still am a Rock Head . My mom used to tell me that I had Rocks for brains , I guess she was right ! Anyway I would still have to give the award of best Metal screem to Ted Nugent . I found the old Double Live Gonzo CD's , pulled up the Motor City Madhouse track and let er rip . At the end , Nuge goes into a full 10 second Blood Curdling Scream that would be hard to beat . Uh , IMO ...

Allthough I had more of a preference towards Thunderbird and Richards Wild Irish Rose . I found they had a smoother mid-palate and a slightly longer finish ; about 3 seconds . All were equaly disgusting on the way back up though ! And never forget to pour some on the ground for your'e departed Hommies ...

  9. Hi , I just purchased a pair of '76 Walnut Belles for $1650.00 ; I really wanted the Rosewood ones , was it a good deal?..On that note , what is the best way to make my Walnut Belles appear as Rosewood ones ?
  10. I have read that 1 pound of muscle requires 50 calories a day to sustain itself . So if you work out , and replace the fat with muscle . Your body will become much more efficient , and your weight problem will be history . Until you stop working out and that muscle you aquired becomes fat . Again . Protien , Protien , Protien !!!
  11. How did this happen ? It seems like just 4 or 5 days ago I went from cool newbie to fast newbie . I had just started to get adjusted to my new status when WHAM , I'm CRAZY . My question is this ; It is now 1:14 AM EST Thursday , if I pound the keyboard Hard , call in sick tommorow night , could I feasably become Moderator by Friday morning ? Or would I have No Life , or just be Insane , " Poster that is " . I must say Crazy Poster goes well with my present Avatar . Your Thoughts ...

Around here Ny wines are pretty rare .

  15. Hey Damon , The law has been changed . Wine can now be shiped to any state in the US . This happened in June . I love good Chateauneuf-Du-Pape too ; " Name translation , New House Of The Pope , for when the Vatican moved to the Southern Rhone Valley in France for a time " , I'm fond of the Beaucastle products . My real passion in wine are the Northern Rhone varieties , specificaly Cote Rotie and Hermitage .
  16. I'm sure we all have worried about this . It doesn't seem so much as a violation , but an actual physical attack on yourself ! I have felt ; Gulp... when I have entertained this thought ; that most likely the theives would probably just destroy the items because they were to heavy and awkward to move . This is all dependant on the time constraints they have . I have good neighbors on both sides that , in all likelyhood , would inform the authorities if they saw a panel van or something loading up with my stuff . I Have !!!
  17. Try getting them about 10 " off the floor and see what you think .
  18. I have a passion for wine , I was just curious if any other forum members out ther did also . Wine IMO is a much more sensitive and subjective subject than alot of the topics here on the forum ; maybe any , just curious if any of you felt this way . What do you like , whats in your collection , what do you enjoy on special occasions ? Being that Klipsch Products are made in Hope Arkansas ; which is Dry , is it wrong to enjoy spirits , in moderation of course ? Oh well , my 100th post , just wanted to do something constructive .

Oh, the anticipation. Happy NFL season to all fans. Griff. ---------------- ---------------- I know a guy who worked with the Pat's organization . I asked him if they taunt Bill Parcels when he comes up to Foxborough . He said NO . In fact he said that Bill would find you and Kick You In The YOU Know Where's . I wouldn't scowl at him unless you were in the Nosebleed Section and it would be difficult for him to get to you . IMO ...
  20. Big Fish is Cool . I might rent Willy , But I'll probably wait for it to show up at the local library .
