  1. Amy can speak for herself. Show her some respect.
  2. OMG! This is the funniest post I've seen of late Greg ROTFLMAO Seems to me this Bill Cain guy is starting off like Clarence did so naturally this post is apropos "Is he back yet?" Michael is alive and well. Got emails from him, yesterday.
  3. Never got anything from you. I even checked my spam folder. I thought I might have accidentally deleted it when I edited it. So I re-posted it. You deleted it? wow.... Have a nice day. [H]
  4. Funny, I missed that memo. I never saw anything, PRIVATELY OR PUBLICLY to me that said I had to ignore unintentional humor posing as santimonious stupidity. I thought that a quart of Mobil 1 was kinda humorous. Did you? The fact that a turntable took 5 to 15 minutes to come up to speed was funny also. What did you think? Then the poster said he couldn't tell the difference in speed. Seemed awful funny to me. So I quoted it. I guess a more acceptable response would be to refer to the poster as "ahole", "thug" and post pics that purport to be them. Funny stuff.... You want to send me a message? Shoot me an email.
  5. You keep posting; I'll keep laughing. Bet that quart of Mobil 1 will last a while.
  6. Hi, my name is Bill and I used to own a pair of TD-124's. My 1200's don't need Mobil 1. They don't take 15 minutes, or 5 minutes, to attain accurate speed. What can I do to bring my stuff up to snuff?
  7. I was merely responding to your post. If you can't handle the response, don't post.
  8. I'm glad to hear that they still make stuff in Hope. So much manufacturing has moved overseas. Sorry that Klipsch has decided to not pursue perhaps the most visible market of all; that of the small band and DJ. Who knows what's behind theater screens, other than the bean-counters? My own sensibilities were that the MCM system was impressive but the KP-600 was a more scaleable and truck-packable approach. Sorry it "went away." I see the JBL powered plastic speakers, everywhere. Somebody is making money on them. Yet Klipsch Industrial Heresy's blow them away.
  9. As long as you don't cut the original cabinet, I'd say give it a shot. You can always reverse the process.
  10. Yes, my Technics turntables and Crown amps will be taking over the world. Rubber bands and tubes have no chance. Bwa-ha-ha
  11. It can't remember the words?
  12. I have a little yellow button for the Adcom dealer.
  13. Well, ya got me confused. In the first post you refer to removing straps and replacing them with bi-wiring. In the second, you refer to bypassing crossovers. To my mind, that would require bi-amping and using an electronic crossover instead of the speaker's crossover.
  14. I bi-amp my LaScalas. I know the benefits of that. My EAW stacks are four-way. Again, for good reasons. What documentable advantages does bi-wiring give?
  15. A 70V amp with a 50 or 200 cycle cut. My first impression is that it is not an audiophile amp. But hey, I could be wrong. What was it represented to be, to you?
