  1. Good job Larry, and so we'll see you @ Gary's 1-2pm.....looking forward to meeting everyone, EVEN Catherine this time.[] Have fun this evening while I'm banging away on the keyboard (work)
  2. O Lucy I'm 'ome......reminds me of Ricky Ricardo totin' them around on his set. I'm sorry, I digress, so congrats on the acquisition and what a great way to take out any frustrations[].
  3. I'll throw Johnny U (Unitas) into the mix also[] God rest his soul, and he was a true gentlemen in every sense. I never realized how big a man he really was until I met him several years back. GO COLTS (scratch that) GO RAVENS
  4. We can't either....bwaaaaaaah! [] Hey Craig, sorry you couldn't make the trip to Bethesda[] Hopefully next time[Y] Welcome UK fan, and yes, ONE GREAT GROUP[]
  5. MECA VA State finals (NEW SPONSOR@ a place called "The Factory", and projected to be a heavy turnout for Sound Quality, possibly more than Sound Pressure entries! Car audio, and luckily I won't have to mess w/Installation or RTA (Real-Time Analysis) testing this time[] I'll definitely be getting to listen to ALOT OF MUSIC this weekend.
  6. Here is my route, unless Michael needs a ride back to Balt-more that evening. Whoaaaa.....what a weekend this should be![]
  7. Candy Dulfer's NEW CD "Candy Store" was just released in September and was #8 on the Jazz Hit List last week: Some of my favorite tracks are "11:58", "Everytime", and Finsbury Park (2007 version). Has quite a mix of tracks that offers quite a variety of selections. Funk, some latin Mamba rhythm, and smooth jazz you will find on this release.
  8. While tailgating @ the Ravens game Sunday, one of the chaps with us told me about this particular theme, and he had great feedback. Chances are I'll be rolling into town early afternoon on Saturday into Gary's (1-2ish)
  9. OK, and while everyone is thinking about next weekend, try and give some thought to this concert in December, if there is any interest: Boney James Date: Wednesday 12/19/2007 Time: 7:30 PM Cost: $55.00 At the Birchmere in Alexandria, VA If I can find a way to pull this out of my rear (2) cheeks, I'm going!
  10. Especially w/luggage[<)] Good News, so that means he'll have a Stan Getz Double LP awaiting him too! Gary, what can I bring?
  11. Surprisingly enough, nobody has mentioned Alice Cooper
  12. We had a double appearance last night here on the Del-Mar-Va peninsula, and it featured Brenda Russell and Candy Dulfer. If you haven't ever seen Candy in person, I highly recommend the show. Her style may not be to everyone's liking, but she offers a variety of sax tunes that is sure to satisfy some of the listeners. [8] God, I'm in LOVE[W], but you know how those long-distance relationships work! US and Holland just too many miles.....Sorry to dissappoint you Candy[8-)]
  13. That's cool Larry, and I'm really pumped now after seeing Brenda Russell and Candy Dulfer last night. Even had some time to chew the fat w/Ulco Bed (lead guitarist and song writer w/Candy for the past 15 years). What a show, and if you ever get the chance to see Candy, I suggest you jump at the opportunity as she really puts on a GREAT SHOW. Darn, I was also looking forward to meeting Craig, Michael, and Parrot
  14. Uriah Heep as in this LP: http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/index.php?action=showproduct&productid=33560&l1=3&l2=0&l3=0&rt=CA&lastpage=''>http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/index.php?action=showproduct&productid=33560&l1=3&l2=0&l3=0&rt=CA&lastpage=' mce_href="http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/index.php?action=showproduct&productid=33560&l1=3&l2=0&l3=0&rt=CA&lastpage=">
  15. Hey Gil, they've perfected the catapult techniques on the Eastern Shore Pumkin' Chunkin': http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2005/10/1026_051026_pumpkintoss.html Us Eastern Shore rednecks will eventually try a human NO DOUBT[]
  16. Just more time for Larry Flint's........[][:|] Being the Rookie, I have no expectations BUT to have a good time. A little dissappointing, but I am sure we can fill in the gaps.
  17. Big Welcome from the Mid-Atlantic Del-Mar-Va peninsula. Seems most everyone gets hooked on the Heritage line.
  18. Gary, I need to run a set of Mapquest directions from the other direction, and cannot remember exactly how I backtracked myself home from the last visit. Can you shoot me a PM on your address so I can run the route. #2 Exactly what time should I roll in Saturday?
  19. Dark Shadows.....WOW! Talkin' about going way back to the days of my youth. Gerard, Angelique, Barnabus........my very first soap! Way to drum up the past Thebes, and then there is always Gomez and Morticia, along w/ "The Munsters"
  20. Here we go again, and not surprising, but looks like our MECA VA finals will be that Sunday 10/21 in Richmond @ the "The Laboratory", so looks like I'll be homesteading the Western shore for a couple days. Larry, it may be better if I just meet you guys at Gary's if this is where everyone will be in the early afternoon. Sorry, as I intended to start out early IF I DIDN't have this judging committment. Mark
