Greg928gts knows what he's talking about. I'm in Florida and would do what he suggests...and have at my parents home in Dunnellon. As far as roofing, use the 5/8th sheeting then 50 lb felt and then Galvalume metal roofing and you will never regret it. My family has it on 3 homes and it is great. 50 yr guarantee. We have Hurricaines down here and very heavy rain storms, hail too sometimes. Metal is no problem and it will help with cooling in the summer. Collect the rain run-off and water your lawn later. Build as big as you can afford now cause you will regret not doing so later. Promise. Your income will increase and the home value will increase. You may gain another income... You are lucky to be able to do this ENJOY !

That and especially since NOW is the time to do it, questions and all - during your construction. MY only input... I could'nt believe it but about a month ago I walked into my daughters room and asked her who was singing on the CD. She told me "Billie Holiday, I really like her" ... I was knocked out !! She had gone out and had bought that "Best of" CD. It is very good music but from a Rap listener.My little girl is growing up !!!

Thanks for the fix. How do ya work a computer??? The diesel generator was very quiet. About as loud as a Honda Gold wing motorcycle (not a Harley!) Very quiet for something that big. I do not believe, if it was placed 200' away, you would hear it. Now that was the big unit too. Smaller is probably quieter. Remember these were running alot of amplifier power and would be mega overkill for Klipschtock !!
