So, I'm watching Jack Jack Attack, last night and I hear a crackle in my new Forte II (right speaker only). I feel the speaker, it moves clean. I think it must be the network. As I am pulling the speaker for a swap test, I notice something moving around inside. Long story short, I pull the dust cap, and find a small piece of screen that used to be glued to the hole in the magnet. I. do I need to glue it back on? If so super glue, gorrila, or elmers? 2. I know this is a dumb question, Any reason to reattack the dust cap? If so elmers, right?? Thanks

I looked at the auction I am gonna guess no warranty, but only a guess. The auction says "This is a new, factory sealed, first run "A" stock unit purchased from and authorized dealer" let us know how it goes and what he says about warranty. When you get them post your serial #'s and one of the Klipsch people will tell you where they came from. Peace

Well Amy is letting us talk about the global warming hoax, lets see if she will let us talk about reality TV?? My wife and I and pretty amused/annoyed watching all the reality show contestants with their so called faith on display. for instance on BB they all read the Bible, call them selves TC (team Christ), and pray that is "God's Will" that the win the food competion. Mean while they all lie to each other. Does God have time to worry about which sinner gets $500,000? I have yet to hear any of them pray for world peace or a cooler climate. Then every now and again one of these looons will quote the Bible, (not correctly of course) How deluded are these people, several have said on camera that they have to do good cause they are representing "(insert any race or reliegon here)". How do you become the rep. for an entire race? what does that job pay?

I agree 100%, now having said that I live in Maine, one of the big forestery states, and wouldn't you know the state government is trying very hard to stop everyone from using wood to heat their homes. They perfer Saudi Oil, I guess it brings in more taxes. Trees, fish, deer renewable recorces. Oil not so much. BTW did anyone else read the report that al gore is contributiong to global warming by planting so many trees. It seems trees planted in northern climates, take in co2 all summer then in the fall they lose their leaves, which then rot giving off co2, and so on.....

OK for starters there have been several Ice ages, and there will be several more, man a non-issue. AG finally admitted that he is getting rich with this scam, and Liberals are more than willing to believe anything that means we are bad. Not to mention they want to tax it. (even if it were real, how would taxing help anything) The thing that really amazes me is there was a conference of over 500 real scientist in NY to discuss the climate, but since they didn't have a GW agenda it wasn't covered by the press. OPPS forgot doesn't fit the mold, we can't count that. Am I the only one who rembembers when they used to tell us the next ice age was only 30 years away. The real problem is our being dependent on saudi oil. The answer is drill our own F'in oil, and build a f'in refinery. RF-35 were recently at onecall for 389 shipped. I don't se a good deal on them at the moment. That siad I think your thinking is backwards. I might buy old stock (rf-35) from a non-dealer. But no way would I buy current stock (rf-82) from a non-dealer.

Save you $100, and make him an extra $600 selling old stock. There should be a lot more price difference between those.

I am assuming that the audio coming across the HDMI cable is digital, and uncompressed. If this is the case even if you could break it out of the HDMI, it would need more than 1 dig. coax. to carry it, hance making it useless. How about a small piecde of hardware, that would have an HDMI (in) HDMI (out) and either 5.1 or 7.1 analog out. Can this be done? I am also assuming that the majority of us don't have pre-amp's or receivers that will accept audio over HDMI...

I think we (the forum) need to start working on an HDMI cable with split audio. Someone start a thread!!!!!

Do most Blu-ray players have analog out? How about the PS3 does it have it?

Wish I lived in the same state, I would love to give those a listen. I just picked up a pair of Forte II's I need to do cap's as a min. My wife wouldn't be happy trying to dust those networks. (her living room) I clean my own Khorns (My HT). Pretty Sweet
