The last one that says exit is usually 1/4 mile from the actual exit.  I get off the fuel then and just let it roll to the exit,

Ah..if you're on the interstate you are not supposed to decelerate until you are on the exit ramp......  just sayin'

  2. It can't be done, it's impossible, we'll all be killed:)

Of course you can split a low impedance output (like the sub out from your receiver) through a Y cable into 2 relatively high input impedance inputs. Will you have phase cancellation problems at the low freqs? that you can hear? Maybe. But 2 subs will help out with room modes but you know that, that is why you have 2.

That is a completely different spec. don't confuse it with "input sensitivity" is a real world specification.

I seriously don't know why this is going on and on...

Cuz it is a fun debate and I like to learn stuff. This is not how the old forum was?

re. input sensitivity..... that is the specification of how much signal at the input will drive the amp to its full unclipped/undistorted output? One can figure the "gain"(closed loop) from that I think.

    Kinda like this...?

Not 100% sure, but I think I changed the input sensitivity to 2V and raised the input impedance to 56k or something like that. I wanted to be able to drive it with a BBX. The sonic change came from the faster OpAmp and boutique caps.

You changed the Zin to 47K. And the gain from26dB to about 17.5dB. All this of course if the list of your changes that I obtained from @Marvel is correct.

Wish I had known to install Rockwool Safe-n-Sound into the interior walls while my house was being built. It was a lot of extra work to retrofit when dealing with some low frequency standing waves in my listening room.

What was in the walls before retrofit? The pink stuff? And changing to rockwool helped LF standing waves? Got any measurements?
