  1. Thanks for the help guys. I called my dealer and he said he had one of the Pioneers in stock. I told him to put it on my pile of stuff. 1 day till I pick it all up, 3 days till I hook it all up. Man I'm getting anxious
  2. looked on one call. This looks like it meets all of my needs. http://ww1.onecall.com/PID_27655.htm
  3. Is there a way to rip the songs from my concert DVDs to listen to on my ipod at work?
  4. The vcr finally died. I can't see buying another one. Since I'm picking up my new syuff Sat. I'm going to pick up a DVD rec too. Something with a TV tuner that works like a VCR. What is a good fairly inexpensive model?

Queensryche is coming here in September. I'm getting tickets as soon as they go on sale.
  6. or a winch, or a suspension lift, or a highlift jack Nice jeepster
  7. The rx line does have a couple of models that do not have a htr line counterpart like the 4600.
  8. congrats on the new amps. You'll get a lot of enoyment out of them.
  9. Yes waiting sucks. But you misunderstand. The B&K is hooked up to my RF3-II system already. It's too irresistable to have a new toy and not play with it. and too heavy to lug to the back of the house and lug it back when the new stuff is here.
  10. Yep. It means you are using one of Yamaha's DSP modes on top of the DTS signal.
  11. It looks like you have a Yamaha receiver. Make sure you don't accidentally have one of the DSPs overlayed over the DTS. This would give you echos in the rears.
  12. Heard from my dealer today. My RF7s, RC7, and Pioneer 59avi are all sitting there waiting on the receiver to come in. I won't be able to pick any of it up until next Saturday though. This is going to be a long week. At least I have the B&K ref 200.5 here.
  13. Mine is still Dark Side of the Moon. I have Albert King and Stevie ray Vaughn one the way.

  16. Take a look at this one from furman, $119 with free shipping http://www.partsexpress.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?&DID=7&Product_ID=170603&gemail=1
  17. Parts express has it for $119 free shipping. The extra filtering alone is worth the extra price to me.
  18. Since I'm investing a lot(well a lot to me) of money on my new stuff I need to spend a little more for electrical proctection. I'm scheduled to pick up my stuff on July 30 so I would like to order something from parts express this weekend. So what would be the best one to order? Edit:something like this maybe? http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=home/search/detail/base_pid/181301/
  19. My mother in law is en route to get us dinner before her all nighter. She's coming here for the season premiers of Stargate SG1, Atlantis, and BSG and then heading to the local bookstore for Harry Potter party and book release. Big night for her.

    Yamaha's

On Yamaha receivers general is one of the DSPs when you press the movie button on the remote. This would explain the echos. You need to push the dolby/dts button on the remote to actually be using pure DD and DTS processing.
  21. My dealer has the 42" 1080p model in stock. Another option I was looking t is the 34" Sony XBR960. It's not as big but is supposed to have an incredible picture.
