  1. Here the attendees get upset if they open the stadium roof and it is 50 degrees outside. Lucas Oil Field has had the roof open for 25 out of 82 games in the 10 year span. That was money well spent, especially since it also causes some really nasty shadows on the playing field. The large opening window at the end facing downtown is a nice feature though.
  2. I think you want a dehumidifier. Your HVAC will control the humidity but it must run for longer periods of time like in the summer months.
  3. The thing I noticed around Indy is our storms track on a 7 day cycle. Since last Sat brought 8 inches to my house and the predictions being what they are I think it is going to happen and ruin the Super Blood Wolf Moon Sunday in the process.
  4. I hope the AFC Championship game is played in the middle of a 2 foot blizzard, for my at home viewing pleasure of course.
  5. At Christmas for the last 3 years my Mom has asked me, "do you have the Halmark Channel"? I give the Same answer every time "I dont know"
  6. "Up In Smoke", I can watch it anytime, anywhere. "Clear And Present Danger" for the tension and the reality of it. "Float the Buoy"
  7. Put me in line for the Toshiba Satellite L75D-A7283 if Jim is stepping aside unless some of the Asus guys in front of me are interested. If not put me in line for the Dells when they come up.

    Let's Go Colts!

This goes to show the importance of the General Manager. The Colts went from the worst to one of the best and last years draft proves it.

    Let's Go Colts!

Four good games last weekend, looking forward to this weekend as well.
  11. The number of scholarships are limited so it does prevent another athlete (who may have fulfilled his four year agreement) from attending his University of choice.
  12. This and the "one and done" players in basketball. The scholarship monies should be paid back and then some. Maybe the first few paychecks go to the university. Mama is just going to have to wait for her son to buy her that new mansion.

    NFL - 2018

I can never remember Thursday night football. I do enjoy December when the NFL starts having Saturday games after the college season is over.
  14. The 348 was later enlarged to 409 cubic inches. In which the Beach Boys sang " My four speed, dual quad, Posi-Traction 409"
  15. I had a good friend who was into the 9c1 cars. I spent a lot of time riding in and remember one fun trip i drove to the Michigan NASCAR race driving from Indy to MIS at night with almost everyone getting out of the way while he slept. The Buick Roadmaster with the LT1 is also a fav especially in the wagon. If you can find a woodie delete model.
  16. Buick used the 2004r transmission built to task. Same as the rear end, Buick used the stronger 8.5 ring gear for additional strength. There was a lot of thought put into that package.
  17. I was really considering selling my 1987 Regal Turbo T last year. Glad I decided not to. The market has really turned back up for this vehicle, that wasn't the reason for keeping it. My biggest delimma is I have a bunch of go fast parts for it, but finding a nice unmodified or one with limited mods is getting harder to find where as highly modded ones are easier to find.
  18. The Grand National was killed off by the front wheel drive Regal. They extended GN production until December to make as many as possible. Living in a GM town of 20,000 employees (back in the day) to an overall population of 100,000 people there are quite a few of them still around. I remember in 1987 the local dealer Heckman Buick had 25 Grand nationals all sitting in a row on the new car lot. Wish I would have gotten a pic of that.
  19. In typical GM fashion they got the powertrain right in 2005 for the SSR with a 6.0 LS2 and Tremec manual transmission then axed it in 2006.
  20. ^^^^^^ My eyes, My eyes. I know beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, but really.
  21. Yea, mine is 308 sq ft. So that is 11% of 2800. So I can get by with 88 watts
  22. As stated above ^^^ The recommended power rating is for the recommended use of a 200 seat 2800 square foot theater
