  1. No, I don't know. I'm talking about our football, and Clemson's NCAA team https://www.tigernet.com/story/Georgia-Tech-Instant-Analysis-404-Not-Found-19146
  2. Think the first tune serves as a Public Service Announcement, the second, *the third... are for dancing!!
  3. Yellowjackets had the time to do something Funny how this thread died even when they are kinda-sorta having a season. Haters Gonna Hate!
  4. Hello @MicroMara I had to move some stuff again after my mom's brother came and took the antiques that I felt needed to stay in her family. Moving LP crates just a foot over with a twist took a half an hour. I had to empty them, even if I could have picked them up think they would have broke apart. This came into view and haven't heard it in a long while. Good for a Saturday evening after your football team goes 5-0 in spectacular fashion 73-7
  5. I guess all those know-it-alls want their music colored by some kind of fancy new tech or new tech-phrase. How many pair of true responding Klipsch fully horn loaded plus great sounding amps could they get for that much? I consider it big budget induced ignorance and I'd rather stick with what I have now than go their route!
  6. Whew, this one and For Earth Below just kept on getting more and more loud a while ago. The controlled guitar, That singer's voice, only three times that I got to see them, the last time at a club a mile away that held 500 tops but it wasn't James Dewar singing. Was still great though!
  7. It's a Spicy Meatballa!! Here is the other I scored on Discogs... They're Dealin' Looked for a good copy for over a year and the NM and Japanese pressed ones were too much until I saw this and got those two new to me fine LPs!
  8. Dinner and a movie? How about baking and new music? Heard this a while back after seeing it posted here twice or so. Hauntingly beautiful voice, exceptionally clear recording and as close to good ol' Country that I own. Even a good copy of a Lou Reed classic! That's a half batch of cornbread with stew beef and cheese and salsa. Coated the beef with chili powder, garlic salt, cumin, cayenne pepper mixed the chunks of cheese with the extra stuff and it turned red when it popped up and melted. Dinner in a skillet!
  9. Rottie lovers are special folks @BigStewMan !!
  10. Good Question. Mine has changed from one to two others in the past few months. It's not like I'm extremely helpful to everyone and vey knowledgeable of technological aspects of crossovers. Maybe an algorithm of sorts?
  11. That always makes my day @grasshopper it's not like it was long ago when I didn't care at all if it wasn't reciprocal!
  12. @ssh I did from the USA version once and only once. Turns out the component did not work right. This was from a US seller. The BIG deal was that my C card company notified me of an expensive purchase in one of the big cities in CA the next week. Forgot if it was the Habs town or the Senators. I got it stopped, cancelled my card and they changed my card number for me. Never again. *Never happened before or since then so I don't think I was hacked in any way.
  13. Encore! Encore!! My 2 cents for that LP is: Also one of the best every time I saw them, this one just grabs me by the ..... the lyrics, crescendo plus just flat out beautiful sounds from one of my favorites!
  14. That is ideal! Was it in the 70s? Love the hear the twelve dreams of dr sardonicus? done live!
  15. No problem remember I said I thought he was ok! He was on the radio as much as Stairway... & Freebird when I was a kid! *Got a Like New Boxed Live set I'd like to sell
  16. Clam Chowder NE style with fresh ground pepper. or PIZZA
  17. My friend was still waiting on me when I got home! Nothing bad, had my ways back then! Worked at the Record Bar, he came in at closing and we closed up and let him shop!
  18. I absolutely love the Who! This guy's alright and I always thought he had two good records... now I've got ten. Ay Ya Yaaa, he was offering a deal I couldn't refuse now I could play until I need new tubes and I still wouldn't be finished! The two good ones? this & Darkness... Met him the night before he played two nights here for Born in the USA. Nice guy but he made me late for my squeeze!
  19. Something kind of like you told me @Full Range, You dig it? Play it!
  20. Heard this first song hundreds of times `cept it was a cover done well by Blackfoot. Played this a couple months ago but there it is staring at me when I put Paul Simon back. Good Stuff!
  21. It gets downright lovey - dovey in here sometimes, but don't feel like 1 bourbon 1 scotch & 1 beer tonight. This record sounds so sweet, soothing and reminds me of certain special people & emotions. Nice. Plus got a friend here that tells me I'm this way about once a month or so
  22. @MicroMara I agree with @KROCK & do hope those side effects get better so you can take less dope. (I call all pain Rx's that just like all soda is coke.) Opposite of the way I was forty years ago the less you have to take the better off you are. Hope you manage to have a great time with your family and comfort from them for Friday and then after... Do what you've got to do man, we'll be here... *Had this on earlier, funny didn't think of taking the pic until I was putting it away. A little different from his solo work I have.. but not much, it can't be much different if he's on it!
  23. Sun came out yesterday and the yard grew another inch or so at least. A week of rain after I put out my mix of weed & feed & bug kill and the yard is pretty high. It shot up big time after the first couple of days. So... turn the hollys back into 5 ft orbs, rake up sticks from the wind & rain, cut the grass. Probably clean the bathroom too it's been since last month. 32 oz got brewed earlier today. Uncle is coming tomorrow at noon to get one of the tiger oak antiques that stays in mom's clan. Gotta take that wavy glass door off of the secretary, wrap it and put in the cab. He's got a mattress, blankets, tarps and rope. On the phone walking around talking and doing stuff I've got one room already that my voice echoes in now. That's weird to me after being here off and on since `65. Hope voting doesn't take longer than four hours tomorrow, plan to get their at 7:30 to get in line. In the past early voting got harder closer to that Tues in Nov here. Imagine things will be worse with all the over-reacting this year, and I don't mean a mask and six feet apart! Employees at the usps yesterday were conspicuously NOT wearing masks, socks, headbands, underwear or anything over their faces. Every customer was! Pre-labeled boxes were stacked halfway to the 10-12 foot ceiling in there. Enough to fill an amazon prime M-B van. After one day off? The things that fly through my head early on. Like an outline that I hone before I do the S's. Have a good day y'all!
