The Forte III have already exceeded my expectations. These speakers have some serious balls for being a somewhat compact heritage model and are extremely smooth, yet have a more crisp treble and present dynamics much better than the heresy III(tweeters at ear level) . Absolutely won't need a sub with these speakers. Tight and thunderous bass.

Just fired it up and with no break in whatsoever, wow... These speakers are very well top to bottom balanced and have nice impact on the bass. Will leave them playing and take a serious listen after they have had some time to settle in. Thanks shakeydeal and others for the recommendation. These were the right purchase for my room I can tell.

When I visited my buddy around Dallas/ Fort worth area in Texas I couldn't stop grinning. Everyone drives 42 mph on the freeway in Socal. In Texas, my buddy was almost being run over going 85 mph(I would say AVERAGE speed other than rush hour was easily 75). That, Is a FREE way.

I was going just under 90 and was "paced at well over 100".

Use a service such as "fight my ticket". I have used such services multiple times 😏with success each and every time. They go to court on your behalf (attorney) and aim to get your case dismissed entirely with no points. They charge a small fee that would be less than the cost of your ticket.

Heresy III was far from anemic in my room, very balanced with excellent bass even two feet from thd back and side walls. I actually preferred them without a sub. Heresy I, leaving a little to be desired in the bottom end but still pleasing enough

Don't do it with sub(s). Bass response dropped like a rock for me. Mids and highs were appreciably better, but not at the expense of losing most bass.
