  3. I emailed https://www.vpiindustries.com/store/c35/Cartridges.html with your info. Their about 1/2 hour from where I live. Lets see what they say.
  4. When reading about carts for the 1200, the 150 mlx went perfect with the stock arm. If I recall , I was looking into the AT 95s, but the replacement stylus were scarce, so I went with the 150 & the backup stylus. Maybe I should look into the Ortofon 40 replacement before the go out of control.
  5. When I purchased the 150, I also ordered an extra stylist. I'm @ 211 hrs. on it.
  6. Got the Thorens running with the Ortofon 40 I have this box set for a couple of years & never opened it.

  15. In this episode of "where'd that riff come from?," we learn that Led Zeppelin were equal opportunity "borrowers," taking not only from the elder blues artists, but from their contemporaries as well. There's no denying that the gentle acoustic guitar riff in 'Taurus' is owed something from 'Stairway To Heaven.' It's no small coincidence then that Led Zep served as opening band for Spirit on the band's 1969 US tour or that Zep used to include a version of Spirit's 'Fresh Garbage' in their early live sets.
  16. I'm sorry, who's Spirit?
  17. I live in Springsteen territory now. Sad😁
