  1. Gary Clark was sweet but I'm waiting on the post now til Walter Trout's "Broken" is finished.
  2. Here's the Adrian Smith & Richie Kotzen lp. Smith/Kotzen is the name of a musical collaboration between musicians Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden and Richie Kotzen of The Winery Dogs.[1][2] Their self-titled debut album, released on March 26, 2021, was described by the Ultimate Classic Rock as a mix of "blues, hard rock, traditional R&B and more."[3][4][5][6] Kotzen also added jazz fusion elements to some sections.[7] Smith/Kotzen was supported by a first single released in January 2021, titled "Taking My Chances".[1][2] Both musicians share guitar, bass, vocal, composing and production duties on the album.[1][3][4][5] Kotzen also plays drums on five tracks and Tal Bergman, Richie's longstanding friend and touring partner, replaces him on songs "You Don’t Know Me", "I Wanna Stay" and "'Til Tomorrow".[3][4] The album also features special guest performance from Iron Maiden drummer Nicko McBrain on "Solar Fire".[3][4] Yea, it was ALL that! No wonder I was losing it trying to find a direction! ll
  3. @Mikekid my youngest daughter now has that T that Ted's wearing in the video along with a couple others from his tours I had. I will say the silk screeners always did a stellar job on his t's. Have his book here somewhere. He gave me one then signed if for me in a PINK sharpie being a smart a$$ laffin the entire time. Have to dig it up and I'll post a pic for ya. He's such a funny boy! lolol Sorry @JohnJ forgot to show ya everything when you were here. Just stuff and I just thought of that. Felt like I was a kid at show and tell the way it was. πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
  4. @Marvel Molly's hittinn the short North in Cbus in a couple weeks. The show's GA so that ain't happening. Limited parking in the area too soooo pfffffft. Really would like to see her but I'm not fightin a bunch os OSU students . Nope! lol Naturally she's hangin around w/that Aussie who bends not only the strings but also the neck of that flat top.
  5. Funny @Mossy bottom I remembered that "Taboo" lp you posted the other day. The one w/the volcano on it. Had to chuckle. You muist be ancient! πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ πŸ˜‚ MY parents had it. j/k j/k They did though. I thought it was different but good in it's own way. I was too busy jammin on Motown! lolol @GWSmith Walter is great. He lives almost next door to a local guy I grew up with. He moved outta Duckburg to Texas for some reason years ago. Lives almost next door to him. He brought Walter back to Duckburg with him for our Bratwurst Festival when his parents were alive. lol The twist was the guys dad was a dentist and he worked on Walter's choppers for free. Met him several times when he was up here w/Jerry. That was 50 years ago prolly. Today Walter's son is playing with him. He stopped in Cleveland a couple years ago and I almost went up just to bust his balls and check on how his teeth were doing. hahahahaha I told Jerry and he said I should have told him and he would have hooked me up. Think I wouldn't? You KNOW I would. He's a great guy. Yea, kidney trouble or something darn near killed him but man he can bring the heat. That place he played held about 3k and they were sold out. Jerry's into old Victrola's in a HUGE way. Some beautiful pics that I've seen. Guess he and Walter spend a lot of down time together now too. Jerry said he has some 76's Walter had made somehow to play on his old stuff. Crazy.
  6. @GWSmithl post images down on your end too Gary or ya just being lazy? lolol Nm just saw your post in RTM.
  7. I see what you did there Oh crafty one! That's a great lp. Nuttin like sittin here and not being able to upload squat cause the post image site is playin games. Grrrrrr. Getting an ear full outta the 3 that just showed up. Blah,, Adrian Smith & Ritchie Kotzen, Gary Clark Jr's. "Jpeg Raw", and Walter Trout's newdrop "Broken." Firt time thru the S&K lp left a lot to be desired. 2 tracks I enjoyed and the rest of it was slammed together imo. Left me hangin... Especially since the ones I ennoyed were the last two on side one. I'expected more creativity on side 2. Smith/Kotzen is the self-titled debut album from rock musicians Adrian Smith and Richie Kotzen, released on 26 March 2021.[1][2] "Taking My Chances" was released as the first single from the album in December 2020.[3] It was followed by "Scars" in February 2021,[4] and "Running" in March.[5] Now I wonder WHY it just dropped in the US? It wasn't a restock or maybe it was. Hmmmm...
  8. @MicroMara I'd be totally lost in a place like that. Must be why Starbucks is such a rip-off in the US. People, for the most part, are clueless.
  9. Ride it out @dirtmudd. Hate to see Mr Mudd out on the snowblower when it's all gonna melt in a couple days. Hmmm, thinkin maybe @grasshopper is on vacay now that I've thought about it. Either way your missed. Kinda maybe.
  10. Crazy that we’re living in a time where this Summer will see Joe Satriani & Jason Bonham joining Sammy Hagar & Michael Anthony for an evening of Van Halen music and now this Fall will see Steve Vai & Danny Carey joining Adrian Belew & Tony Levin for an evening of King Crimson music…This is a great time to be alive! Time to jump!
  11. Million Sloopy girls and variations. @Full Range you're getting warmer. lolol
  12. All quiet in Duckburg. A few new lp's showed up yesterday but they'll wait til tomorrow. Taxes done and filed. Slipped out to buy a couple Powerball tickets and now can't find them in the car. So tomorrow if I see a winner from Ohio guess I'll tear the car apart. lol Nasty weather is thru and heading your way @KROCK & @dirtmudd. Buckle up cause it's ugly! Ok @grasshopper & @MicroMara where ya been???

  15. Here ya go. Neal Morse, Mike Portnoy and crew in prog group TransAtlantic are at it again. This teaser vid just dropped this morning on youtube. It's their 2022 Morsefest show. The 2024 show is coming the end of April and tickets are on sale now. More info in the youtube post. 2 days? Wonder if my pacer could take it. πŸ˜‚ A lil prog is good for the soul every now and then. Kinda maybe.
  16. @Schu have at it. Only you know your needs. Gonna write the check either way.
  17. Saw this today taken from the back end of a KC-135 floating gas station over Missouri recently. Those tankers get some way cool photo shots. Can't imagine the stress that boom operator is under. Always paid for with a salute from the pilot as he breaks off. Those Stealth bombars are insane. Crazy! Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit by Staff Sgt Mikayla Gibbs
  18. @JohnJ keep laffin just remember he who laffs last... I'm goin to bed! lol
  19. @Full Range Might have another Buckeye convert down there in gator country. Playing that Buckeye theme song! Word on the street again today is that in 2025 Florida State AND Clemson are both joining the B1G (Big Ten logo) in 2025. Hear that @JohnJ? πŸ˜‚ Yup, I was there it happened!
  20. Buy a Blad, the glass and a couple backs. Used two for years w/zero problems for portraits, weddings, senics, etc. Then buy a Halliburton case. When I hung it up I got almost every penny back. Having to wait at a wedding for uncle Charlie and every other moron w/a point and shoot got to be old. Even if you had it written into the contract. Every wedding, etc came out beautiful w/the blad and I was chargin 3500 per gig. It's a pay to play sport today like everything else. Internegs are a stretch w/any format. That FUji 50 does look nice though. Go get 'em tiger!
  21. Monsoons last night in Duckburg. It flat poured most of the night. No idea how much cause the rain gauge isn't out but the back yard has a small lake today. More on the way this afternoon and evening "they" said. That coupled w/the taxman? All in the same day? Not pretty. The only dude making money was my CPA. The kid owns 9 Arby's and is now running his dad's H&R Block office next to the first Arby's he built. Ginne a break. Said business was good so I told him I couldn't believe he sold that many liver sandwiches. I did get lunch outta him though. Think liver next time ya take a bite of one... Yuuuup... Gotta go. Working on the Ark!
