Anyone purchased or dealt with this company before? Prices are alot better than I've seen anywhere else, if shipping costs don't cancel the savings. And my SC-1 they shipped the SB-3s perfect with the SC-1 i had a problem where they had a wrong address for my CC Card or some crap and they never answered there phones it always said all customer reps are busy leave a msg and we will call u asap no reply ever so i cancelled that order and wrote them a complaint. And stated YOUR NOT EVEN A KLIPSCH DEALER SO YOUR WARRANTY DOESNT COUNT. and they said Dear mr gregg we never claimed to be a Klipsh dealer or authorized but i can assure you we purchase all our stuff NEW from a Klipsch dealer and they should honer that. And if not we would handle it for you. All our products are A STOCK and brand new yada yada there a pain to deal with if you run into problems if you get a smooth sale your set best price around. goto www.dealtime.com do a search on any speaker whether it be RF7 RC3 or wahtever then goto brandnamez .com then read the reviews. Hope this helps. Some where great but I kept reading and found some extremely pissed off customers. So I decided to never buy from them. Most of them say they are extremely slow or lose orders. I have heard of some folks that have had no problem but there have been some on the Polk site that have had BIG problems. Buyer Beware! Fast delivery, perfect packaging, great to work with. Check their ratings on bizrate.com. In my purchase paperwork, the offered me some kind of shipping rebate if I completed a review of them at bizrate.com (and it didn't have to be a positive review, although it would have been), so they are very anxious to have people rate them.
