rogerwilco82
Hey Guys, attached you find a first picture of my assembled Cornscala speakers. I'm using CT125, K401/Atlas, Crites Woofer, Crites X-Over. The idea was to build the speaker as slim as possible and a little higher than a La Scala. Final measurements are: 43.5" x 20.5" x 23.5" (hwd) At this moment the speakers are getting their paint job...so please find more pics to come. BE36
Sehr Gut Bau! Laenge ist besser den Breit! Ich Auch mach meiner La Scala mehr Laenger. Very Good Design going taller then wider. I have put tweeters, JBL 240s on top of my La Scala to add some Height to the sound!
rogerwilco82
thx! Will keep you up to date and post some more pics when they are finished. The picture show them during my first testing with my current Pioneer AVR. Comming from an RF-82 I'm so far really impressed from the mids and the hard and fast low-end but found the tweeter a bit to harsh (maybe due to the bad test room conditions). I will keep you informed [] Robert
bonsairich
they look like Crites tweeters? Try dropping them down on your crossover autoformer 1 or 2 spots. What # are they at now ?
