Klipsch Employees Trey Cannon Posted February 10, 2010 Author Klipsch Employees Share Posted February 10, 2010 We can not say for sure, but it looks like the weekend after Fathers day will be the date...We hope to meet on Friday this week or the first of next week to pin the date and place down. Seadog
1) I would prefer Hope over Indy since it's an easy drive from DFW. 2) I would be interested in old and historic gear, especially if there is a connection to PWK. 3) Here are some random thoughts for what to do: It would be great to go back to the farmhouse Friday afternoon / evening for a Forum gathering. Set up some audio gear inside and outside (bon fire after dark with big horns rocking into the night??? ) Could even make Friday night a campout for those not inclined to drive back to a hotel - if it's not too hot. The Goat Roper on Sat evening? I also want to see the PWK museum in town (I missed that the last time). Lab demos: a) active vs. passive crossovers - using Jubs.; exponential vs. Tractix horns; c) Tube challenge: SET vs. push-pull
Moderators dtel's wife Posted February 11, 2010 Moderators Share Posted February 11, 2010 Seadog, I may be wrong on this one, but it was my understanding Ms. Valerie was closing the museum in town.[:|]
Pete H
Since I've never attended either one, Indy is closer, but depending on the date, I would be willing to make the 1000 mile trip from N.E. Ohio. Regarding what to do, see my first statement. I don't think you even need to ask the question about selling stuff and if this group would buy anything, the answer is yes, but what they're willing to pay is another thing entirely![]
