Brac
I think you should send a pair to everyone with 1,581 post or more. Nice work.
mungkiman
I'm surprised no one is buying these originals: http://www.ebay.com/itm/One-Pair-Klipsch-Speaker-Pie-Logos-Plastic-Small-Grill-Emblems-/350539855796?pt=Speakers_Subwoofers&hash=item519dcdb7b4 No affiliation... Those look like they have no depth to them...I thought they were reproductions, anyone else's opinion?
mungkiman
They look like the real deal to me. My reproductions had as much depth and detail as the originals, and I never sold anyone 8 pairs of this style. He looks like a reputable seller, too. Again, no affiliation... 2ndGenKlipsch
mungkiman, I have a pair of original Pie Logo's but the gold paint is worn off in several places. Could you tell me the brand paint pen you've found works best? I'd like to restore these original badges. Thanks in advance!
mungkiman
I used Sakura brand "pen-touch" calligrapher pens, that I found at an art supply store. They are quick dry - metallic ink - permanent - opaque, color = Gold. I found a light touch worked well, and the finish was the most uniform if I could maintain a wet edge as I worked across each piece...
